You may only use NexaBill for lawful purposes. You must not use the platform to violate any laws or regulations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payments

All payments made through NexaBill are final. We are not responsible for errors arising from incorrect account or meter details provided by you.

5. Modifications

NexaBill reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

NexaBill is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to NexaBill at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
